Slow Cooker Corn Dip

The sweetness of the corn together with the spiciness of some pepper jack cheese and jalapenos, plus salty bacon crumbled on top makes for one heck of a dip.

If you’re planning on having a crowd over for the big game, this Slow Cooker Corn Dip is the perfect dip for your guests to snack on. And it couldn’t be easier to prepare. Dump everything in the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 2 hours, giving it a stir once or twice to make sure everything is mixed well.

Slow Cooker Corn Salsa with easy clean-up thanks to Reymolds Slow Cooker Liners. Dump everything in the crock pot and 2 hours later you have a warm and creamy dip.

Add some crumbled bacon on top and maybe some cilantro too.

Slow Cooker Corn Salsa. Dump all ingredients in the crock pot and 2 hours later you have a warm and cheesy dip. Perfect for game day!

If you want, you can just serve the dip right out of the slow cooker. The dip will stay warm and you’ll save yourself from washing an extra dish.

AND…. if you use a Reynolds Slow Cooker Liner, you won’t have any clean up at all. Can I get a hallelujah?

Line you crock pot with one of these liners and there’s no need to worry about any food getting stuck to your crock pot. You know how long it can take to scrub when that happens.

When your guests are done eating, just grab hold of the slow cooker liner and toss it in the trash.

Lickety-split. That’s the kind of clean up I like.

Question: if I don’t own a slow cooker, can this dip be made on top the stove?
    Thanks, Ann

    1. E.B. says:

I don’t remember the last time my crockpot was scraped clean! I did tweak it a little – Used a little less than 1/2 C. Mayo, 2 jalapenos with seeds, 2 cups pepperjack, cilantro, chili powder, garlic, salt, pepper, onion powder to taste, oh and added an entire pack of bacon ๐Ÿ‘cooked over stove and transferred to crockpot. A definite hit!!! Serve with fritos or corn chips!

    What size Crock-Pot?

    1. Christin Mahrlig says:

I used a 6-quart crock pot, but you can use a smaller one.

  3. Sarah says:

This recipe I see so delicious and easy to make.

  4. teresa says:

The dip looks awesome – I understand that Reynolds is sponsoring this and everybody is looking for convenience but the extra landfill waste from liner like these isn’t worth it to me – if Reynolds came up with a liner that would degrade, THEN I’d take a look at it – Even grocery stores are phasing out plastic bags because of the waste problem – why start creating MORE of it in the kitchen. Soak your container with hot water and a little dish liquid (DAWN does everything well) and voila. Clean container, no waste.
So I’ll definitely be trying out this dip, it’s got my mouth watering!

    1. Kracky says:

A little too over the top on the environmentalism, donโ€™t you think? The landfills are fine- it is all a liberal annoying movement AGAIN and has been for decades.

      1. Karen says:

Actually, when you really get down to it there is WAY to much plastics, it is being found in our ocean marine life. And plastics are extremely bad for us. I’m phasing out all my plastics to glass or stainless steel. I even try to stay away from aluminum foil. This isn’t about left or right, bottom line is: plastics are not good for us OR the environment. I’d like to see us get back to how our grandparents and great grandparents did things. They weren’t dying like crazy from cancer, children didn’t have all the problems like ours do. We’re doing something wrong and it needs to get fixed!!
        Recipe sounds great!!

      2. Nichole says:

I just came here to say that conservatives are the worst people in society and don’t care about anyone but themselves. God forbid the liberal movement is trying to save our planet for future generations Ignorant.

        1. Deb says:

I find it sad to read the comments on a recipe and find such criticism of a large groups of people you don’t even know personally (conservatives and liberals). Leave the political sarcasm off your review and rate the recipe. If you don’t want to use the crockpot liner for whatever reason, don’t!

Lighten up and enjoy the dip!

          I agree 100%!!!!

      3. Anna says:

Wow. Please educate yourself on the massive problem with waste and plastics affecting our world. I saw the photo of the liner and thought the same thing. Plastics are destroying are planet from the Pacific Garbage Patch, China no longer taking our plastics due to their growing waste as well as well as tariffs placed on their goods, to landfills taking over cities and towns. Plastics are meant to be used multiple times-they last forever. Plastic will be here longer than any of us and our offspring. It is NOT a liberal vs republican vs libertarian concern; it is a human kind concern. Every thing you eat or drink or touch has plastic in it. From the keys you typed this message with to the meat/dairy/whatever you eat. For the love of Pete, please be better than this.

        1. Julie Johnson says:

          I’m educated enough…I just don’t care.
