No Bake Peanut Butter Cup Pie

Only takes about 10 minutes to prep! Such a quick and easy recipe.

If you are a fan of peanut butter cups, you will love this pie. There’s no baking required and everything can be mixed in one bowl. You could switch out the oreo crust for a graham cracker crust or even one made from Nutter Butter cookies for extra peanut butter flavor.

Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups may be my favorite candy of all time. You just can’t beat the flavor combination of chocolate and peanut butter.

No Bake Peanut Butter Cup Pie in an oreo crust

This pie needs a few hours to chill so it’s perfect for making a day or even two in advance. Once you have the cream cheese softened, it only takes a few minutes to make the filling. You can use regular size peanut butter cups or mini peanut butter cups for this No Bake Peanut Butter Cup Pie.

What You Need To Make Peanut Butter Cup Pie

  • Cream Cheese– it should be softened before you mix it with the peanut butter .
  • Peanut Butter– I use creamy peanut butter.
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Powdered Sugar
  • Cool Whip– you can substitute fresh whipped cream if you prefer.
  • Peanut Butter Cups– you can use any size peanut butter cups.
  • Store-Bought Pie Crust– I like to use an oreo pie crust or chocolate graham cracker pie crust for this recipe. As an alternative, you could make a Nutter Butter pie crust for extra peanut butter flavor.

How To Store

Top the pie with the lid that came with the store-bought pie crust and refrigerate for 4 to 5 days. Can also be wrapped in plastic and frozen for up to a month.

This was amazing – everyone loved it. I made the filling exactly as the recipe. But I made my own Oreo crust. It added just a little more time but was definitely worth it.
