- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- ⅔ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Combine all ingredients, EXCEPT chicken, in a medium bowl.
- Place chicken in baking dish. Spread mayonnaise mixture on top of chicken.
- Bake uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes, or until cooked through.

It’s very good but slightly on the salty side I will cut down on seasoned salt or leave out all together maybe down Parmesan to 1/2 cup
I make this with cajun seasoning, slice it up and put in wraps with lettuce, garlic mayo and peri mayonnaise – amazing dinner with virtually no effort 🙂

You can try yogurt but the flavor of it will be more noticeable than the mayonnaise.
You can try sour cream!
