Easy Ham and Cheese Quiche is a rich and cheesy quiche that can be eaten for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It’s perfect for using up leftover Easter ham.
I love making quiches. They are versatile, so easy to make, and great for using up leftovers.
If you find yourself with leftover holiday ham, this quiche takes just minutes to prep. I use a frozen pie shell to save time and make a quick pie filling with a little onion, some eggs, half-and-half, cheddar cheese, swiss cheese, and ham. You could use bacon instead of ham if you wanted to.
Pour the filling into the pie crust, pop it in the oven and 45 minutes later your quiche is ready.
Tastes great warm from the oven or after being chilled in the refrigerator.

E Z and a beautiful quiche! Scrumptious!
Excellent quick and east
do i need to blind bake the crust?
Can someone help me. Do you need to thaw the frozen crust or throw everything in the frozen crust. Did anyone try to bake the crust alone for some time before filling? I don’t want soggy crust!
I pre bake my crust. I also put my meat & cheese on bottom then add my egg mixture. I like spicy so I add cayenne pepper
Made this today. Super easy. I used gruyere and cheddar. Ham was a lot and could cut back a bit due to length of time it took to bake. I did extend cooking to about an hour to set and covered edges of pie with foil in order to prevent burning the edges. Super tasty!
Excellent! I used heavy cream (that’s all I had on hand) and swiss/gruyere shredded cheese along with the shredded cheddar. Husband loved it more than any quiche I’ve ever made. It was very rich but the flavors were fantastic.
Can you use rolled pie crust or do you have to use frozen?
Yes, you can use any pie crust.
Simple recipient, had everything in the house ready to use.
Came out delicious!
I made this and it was great! Mixing cheddar in it as well as Swiss cheese was a great addition. Thank you for the recipe!
