Buffalo Chicken Meatballs are a salty, spicy party appetizer. Tender meatballs are coated in Buffalo sauce and they taste great dipped in Blue Cheese dressing.

The meatballs are baked in the oven until golden and then coated in a mixture of Buffalo sauce and melted butter. So spicy and good!

I love Buffalo-style recipes. Buffalo Chicken Potato Skins, Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Taquitos, Buffalo Chicken Jalapeno Poppers, and Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken Chili are some of my favorites.
