Peanut Butter Stuffed French Toast is stuffed with a salty, creamy, sweet peanut butter and cream cheese mixture that gives this French toast so much amazing flavor.
I absolutely love starting any day out with peanut butter. My go-to easy breakfast is a banana smeared with peanut butter. This French Toast stuffed with peanut butter is perfect for a weekend breakfast or brunch. I like to serve it drizzled with maple syrup and topped with sliced banana or strawberries. Add banana to it and serve it with bacon and you have a breakfast Elvis would have loved.
If you wanted to you could even turn this stuffed french toast into a Peanut Butter and Jelly Stuffed French Toast by adding some strawberry or grape jelly. I think that would be truly fantastic.
How To Make Peanut Butter Stuffed French Toast
First mix together the peanut butter and cream cheese until smooth and then add the powdered sugar, heavy cream and cinnamon. If you don’t like cinnamon, you can leave it out.
Spread the mixture on the bread slices and form 4 sandwiches. Dip the sandwiches in a mixture of eggs, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Pan fry in butter until golden on each side.
Cut each sandwich in half. This recipe is plenty for 4 people and can even serve 8 if you serve it with sausage or bacon as a side.
With a creamy sweet peanut butter filling, this stuffed French toast really can’t be beat.

I added a little bit more heavy cream, cinnamon and confectioners sugar. HUGE hit. I cooked it with the bananas sandwiched in between. Amazing.
