White Chocolate Lasagna has layers of white chocolate pudding and chocolate graham crackers topped with Cool Whip and chopped Hershey bars. This easy no-bake dessert is fantastically delicious.
Because it is a make-ahead dessert, it is a great potluck recipe. Since it is no-bake, it is perfect for the summer months. No need for the oven and it is perfectly cool and creamy.
This dessert is called a lasagna because it has layers. The graham crackers act like lasagna noodles.
INGREDIENTS NEEDED FOR WHITE CHOCOLATE LASAGNA:
- 2 boxes instant white chocolate pudding– be sure you use the instant kind and not the cook and serve. Cheesecake-flavored pudding can be used instead of white chocolate. The white chocolate flavor can sometimes be hard to find.
- Milk– I use whole milk, but 2% or skim milk can be used.
- Cool Whip– 2 (8-ounce) containers
- 1 box chocolate graham crackers
- Hershey Bars– any chocolate bar can be used or you can use mini chocolate chips.
Made in a 9×13-inch pan, it makes a huge amount.
RECIPE TIPS:
Needs to be made at least 2 hours ahead of time for the graham crackers to get soft. Can be made a day in advance.
Store in the refrigerator. It will keep for 3 to 4 days. Can be frozen for up to a month. Thaw in the refrigerator.
To lighten it up, fat-free or sugar-free Cool Whip can be used as well as sugar-free pudding and skim milk.

I have a question about the crust, don’t you have to add a little butter for the bottom later of graham cracker?
Recipe article says 2 boxes of pudding, recipe says 3 boxes, which is better? Thank you, Malcolm
