Only 5 ingredients needed to make this simple recipe.
Making this simple candy is as easy a melting a bag of white chocolate chips in the microwave and stirring in macadamia nuts, coconut, and rice cereal (I use Rice Krispies),
For extra flavor toast the macadamia nuts and the shredded coconut. This will really bring out their flavors.
You can easily toast them in a nonstick pan set over medium-low heat. Stir them frequently until fragrant and starting to turn golden.

I don’t think I will buy a box of cereal for just 1/2 cup. Would it work without the cereal, or maybe some crushed pretzels? It sounds very delicious!
Can you use another kind of nut instead of the macadamia nut?
Can the rice crispies be left out to make the recipe more keto friendly?
How long do they last, can they be frozen or left in the refrigerator till Xmas
