Just wondering could you use refrigerator biscuit instead of crescent rolls if you cut them into pieces or would it be better to mash them down I have made it with the crescent rolls and it was delicious. I just wanted to try something different

Quick, easy and yummy. I like it even better than bread-heavy stratas! Followed the recipe but next time might make some additions suggested in the other comments!

This is a family favorite and so easy! I use Jimmy Dean hot pork sausage, but still put in the Tabasco sauce and add extra cheese. Itโ€™s not too spicy-but then we like things with a little zip. Last time I baked the crust all by itself for about 5-6 minutes before topping with the other stuff and we liked it better not as squishy on the bottom.
