I seriously think this is my favorite pumpkin bread. Pumpkin and Nutella is a magical combination.

Pumpkin bread is so easy to make. I never let a fall season go by without making some. The smell that fills the house while it is baking is amazing. This pumpkin bread is so moist, it stays fresh-tasting for days.

No mixer needed for this recipe. Just a large bowl, a whisk, rubber spatula, and loaf pan.

This probably would have come out more bread-like if I just mixed the wet with the dry using a spatula instead of a hand mixer. It came out more like a pumpkin pie rather than a bread. I even gave it a longer cook time.
