Crockpot Bacon Cheeseburger Dip is a creamy, cheesy dip full of ground beef, bacon bits, and dill pickles. This gameday dip is a real winner.
Easy Dip Recipe
This recipe is really easy to prep. Just brown a pound of ground beef and add it to the slow cooker with the remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on LOW for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Since the ground beef is already cooked, you really just need to get it warmed throughout and melt the cheese.
Ingredients Needed
- Ground Beef– ground turkey or sausage can be used instead.
- Cream Cheese– use full-fat for best flavor and texture.
- Rotel Tomatoes– use “Hot” to make this dip spicy.
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese– I use sharp.
- Bacon Bits– cooked and crumbled bacon can be used instead.
- Ground Mustard– 2 teaspoons of prepared yellow mustard can be used instead.
- Garlic Powder– 1 or 2 minced garlic cloves can be used instead.
- Black Pepper
- Dill Pickles– optional.
How To Make Spicy
Use “Hot” Rotel Tomatoes and a pinch of cayenne pepper or you can add a few diced jalapenos.
