Raspberry Mojitos are sweet and refreshing with lots of raspberry and mint flavor. An easy to make cocktail that’s perfect for summer entertaining!

Raspberry Flavor
For extra raspberry flavor I used a combination of muddles raspberries plus some raspberry-flavored rum. Raspberry vodka would also work well.
Fresh raspberries get muddled in a glass with fresh mint leaves, fresh lime juice, and some simple syrup.
Raspberries do have lots of little seeds and if it bothers you to have them in your drink, you can press the raspberries through a fine-meshed sieve and only use the juice in your drink.
Finish the Raspberry Mojitos off with a little club soda.

Fresh Mint
The signature flavor of Mojitos is fresh mint. It is easy to grow in a pot during the summer months. It needs very little attention. Very drought tolerant, it only needs to be watered every now and then.
