This Creamy Fruit Salad is sweet and creamy with lots of apples, grapes, pineapple, mandarin oranges, and blueberries. Plus there’s some shredded coconut and chopped pecans. The fruit is coated in a creamy mixture of cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
How To Serve
This Creamy Fruit Salad takes only minutes to toss together and it makes the perfect side for potlucks, holidays, and parties. Everyone loves a good fruit salad! It can either be eaten as a dessert or a side dish. Because it makes use of canned fruit and fresh fruit that is easily available all year, this is a great salad to make during the winter months.
Creamy Fruit Salad is perfect for summer weather but it really works all year long and I especially love it as an Easter side.
How To Store
It makes a large batch but will keep in the fridge for a good 3 days if you don’t have a big crowd to share it with. Cover well with plastic wrap to help keep the fruit from oxidizing and turning brown.
Variations and Substitutions
You can switch up the fruits if you like and some people like to add mini marshmallows or maraschino cherries. Raspberries, strawberries, or blackberries are other great additions to this creamy fruit salad recipe. If you don’t want to use a combination of sour cream and mayonnaise, use all sour cream or you can use Greek yogurt instead. For a crunchy topping, sprinkle with granola just before serving.

It came out fantastic. I also added mini marshmallow. I printed it out and save it for long time. Thank you.
