  1. Mix together cream cheese, eggs, half-and-half, and cinnamon until smooth.
  2. Cut cinnamon rolls in fourths and mix them into the cream cheese mixture.

  • You can top it with vanilla ice cream and turn it into a dessert.
  • Blackberries or raspberries can be used instead of blueberries. Peaches would work too.
  • You can use frozen blueberries. Thaw them first and drain off any liquid.
  • Add nuts if you want some crunch. Pecans, walnuts, or almonds work well.

  • Add blueberries and gently mix in. Transfer to prepared baking dish.
  • Bake for 30 to 36 minutes, or until set in the middle.
  • Drizzle with the icing that came with the cinnamon rolls and serve.
