Whipped Feta Stuffed Dates are filled with a creamy feta filling and topped with candied pecans. They are the perfect party food or appetizer for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, or a dinner party.

Whipped Feta Stuffed Dates Recipe
Stuffed dates are one of my all-time favorite party foods. I love sweet and savory finger foods. If you’re a fan of bacon, these Bacon-Wrapped Dates are a must try.
These stuffed dates are simple to prepare and I love the contrast of the sweet dates with the tanginess of the feta cheese. The feta cheese gets mixed with some cream cheese to give it an even creamier and richer texture and flavor.

Candied Pecans
Candied Pecans add the perfect crunchy topping to these dates. The pecans are coated in honey, salt, and cayenne pepper and then baked. Once cool, chop them into little pieces. Can be made a few days in advance.
Variations
- Walnuts can be substituted for pecans.
- Add a little extra cayenne pepper to up the spice.
- Instead of candied pecans, or in addition to, try adding some crumbled bacon on top.
- Try using goat cheese or mascarpone cheese in place of feta cheese.

Recipe Tips
The dates can be stuffed with the cheese mixture up to 24 hours in advance. Store in a plastic bag in the refrigerator.
Storage
Leftovers will keep for 3 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
