Whipped Feta Stuffed Dates
Whipped Feta Stuffed Dates are filled with a creamy feta filling and topped with candied pecans. They are the perfect party food or appetizer for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, or a dinner party.

Ingredients
Honey Pecans

honey

pecan halves

teaspoon
sugar

teaspoon
salt

cayenne pepper
Dates

feta cheese crumbles
3
ounces
cream cheese
softened
20 to 30
pitted Medjool dates
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place honey in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 20 seconds.
Stir in pecans.
Spread out on prepared baking sheet.
Sprinkle sugar, salt, and cayenne pepper over pecans.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Let cool and then chop the pecans.
Place feta cheese and cream cheese in a medium bowl. Use hand-held electric mixer to beat until smooth.
Use your hands to shape a small amount of cheese mixture into the shape of a large grape. Stuff inside of a date.
Repeat for desired number of dates.
Place dates cut side up on baking sheet.
Place in oven for 12 to 14 minutes.
Sprinkle pecans on top of each one. You may need to press them into the cheese a little so they stick.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
