Only 4 ingredients needed to make these Spicy Candied Bacon Crackers. They make an awesome sweet and spicy gameday snack or appetizer.
These crunchy little crackers are so hard to resist. Make them for your next get together and watch them disappear.
Ingredients Needed
- Club Crackers– the buttery crunch of Club Crackers is perfect for this recipe, plus they are a great cracker to keep stored in your pantry. I Love them with cheese or peanut butter for a quick snack. You can use Ritz crackers if you prefer.
- Bacon– Use regular bacon, not thick-cut. Thick-cut takes too long to cook and get crispy.
- Brown Sugar– I use light brown sugar, but dark brown sugar can be used instead. The brown sugar melts and turns the bacon into candied bacon.
- Cayenne Pepper– adds a little spiciness. Use as much or as little as you like.

- Rimmed Baking Sheet– a few rimmed baking sheets are great to have in your kitchen. I use mine every week for roasting vegetables.
- Wire Rack– a wire rack is necessary to help prevent the crackers from burning and keep them crisp.
- Tubberware– for storing the bacon crackers. I love these glass storage containers with lids.
How To Store
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2 days and reheat in a 200 degree oven.
