Maple Mustard Dressing is creamy and both sweet and tangy. It’s wonderful on any kind of salad. This homemade salad dressing is so delicious, you will want to make it every week.
My favorite type of salad to serve this on is a green salad with roasted beets, feta cheese, and some type of nut. Roasted butternut squash would be good too.
And it is also wonderful in a salad with fruit. Apples, pears, and red grapes go nicely with it.
The base of this dressing is real maple syrup. I think it makes the best salad dressings if you like a little sweetness in your dressing. Some Dijon mustard balances out the sweetness along with some apple cider vinegar. There’s also 1/4 cup of mayonnaise added which gives it a thicker, creamy texture.
I like to mix the ingredients in a blender to really get them mixed well, plus it makes the texture creamier.
Homemade salad dressings only take a few minutes to make and they taste so much better than store bought.

Thanks for this delicious recipe. I switched garlic for the onion and doubled most of the items to make a big jar of it for the week. Loved it!
