Hidden Valley® Original Ranch has been a favorite of mine both as a salad dressing and a recipe ingredient. And now it is available in 4 new flavors at Walmart: Hidden Valley® Ranch Buffalo, Hidden Valley® Ranch Honey BBQ, Hidden Valley® Ranch Sriracha, and Hidden Valley® Ranch Cilantro Lime.

Hidden Valley® Ranch BBQ Honey is like a blend of Ranch dressing and BBQ sauce and since we are obsessed with BBQ sauce in my family we are loving this new dressing. It is fabulously sweet and tangy with lots of smoky flavor and it would be incredible on a chicken wrap or southwestern salad.

Next time you are in Walmart, throw a few of these new dressings in your shopping cart and you’ll be able to throw together countless quick and easy meals. I can’t wait to use the Buffalo flavor to make a Buffalo Chicken Ranch Pizza.  🙂

  1. This recipe is a HUGE hit!! I sauté my chicken with a dry rub of chili powder, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. The seasoning on the chicken going into the salad adds a really nice smoky flavor. If I have a little bit of the seasoning left after prepping the chicken I add it into the dressing. Also, my store doesn’t sell this dressing so I use 1/4c BBQ sauce + 3/4c ranch. We take this to every potluck now and it’s always the first to go!

  2. I make this with chopped romaine (about 6 cups). shredded roasted chicken breasts, diced fresh tomato and sliced black olives. Combine equal parts of bbq sauce and ranch dressing instead of buying a seperate dressing and it is delish!!

I would use regular ranch dressing and mix in a tablespoon or 2 of a bottled honey bbq sauce.

  4. This looks delicious!! I wouldn’t use the GMO-laden salad dressing though, just saying. But, I could come up with my own organic version…thanks for sharing ! Will give this a try!!

  5. I made this last night and used plain Greek yogurt in place of the sour cream and it was great! The Honey BBQ Ranch dressing is some gooooood stuff. Thank you for sharing this.

BBQ ranch salads are my absolute favorite, so I love that you took this one step further by adding some pasta. I’ve never tried that dressing before, so I’ll be on the lookout for it. Such a great dish for spring, Christin!

Corn chips on a salad? I’m all in. I think the whole family would easily devour this pretty salad.
    Happy Monday Christin!
