Southern BBQ Pork Burgers with creamy coleslaw and BBQ sauce.

Southern BBQ Pork Burgers  are slathered in BBQ Sauce and topped with creamy coleslaw. They are the burger version of a BBQ sandwich and are quick and easy to make with Johnsonville Grillers.

Made with premium cuts of pork and a unique blend of herbs and spices, Johnsonville Grillers come in 6 flavors: Cheddar Cheese & Bacon, Swiss Cheese & Mushroom, Original Brat, Cheddar Cheese, Steakhouse Onion, and Steakhouse Seasoned.

I used the Steakhouse Onion flavor for these Southern BBQ Pork Burgers. They are meaty and juicy and I love the blend of onion flavor and steakhouse seasoning that they have.

Johnsonville Grillers go straight from the freezer to the grill, making them perfect for impromptu summer entertaining.

They are ready in just 12-14 minutes.

Because they already contain plenty of seasoning, there’s no need to add seasoning or a bunch of condiments to these burgers.

In fact, there’s really no need to add anything at all to these mouthwatering burgers.

But I think the flavor of these burgers makes them perfect for turning into a Southern-style BBQ Pork Burger. Baste a little of your favorite BBQ sauce on them and cover them with creamy coleslaw and you have one heck of a burger. You’ll be wanting to fire up the grill all summer long.
