Watermelon Pie
Have you ever had a Watermelon Pie? If not, this summer is the summer to try one. You won't find a more cool, creamy and refreshing pie.

Ingredients

(3-ounce) package
watermelon gelatin
1/4
cup
boiling water
1
(12-ounce) container
Cool Whip,
thawed
2
cups
diced watermelon
1
(9-inch)
graham cracker crust
Instructions
Place gelatin in a large bowl. Add boiling water and stir to dissolve the gelatin. Let cool to room temperature.
Fold in the Cool Whip.
Fold in the watermelon.
Transfer filling to graham cracker crust, smoothing out the top evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Note: Jolly Rancher watermelon gelatin is 2.79 ounces and will work fine.
