Slow Cooker Refried Bean Dip
This Easy Slow Cooker Refried Bean Dip is a great gameday or potluck addition. It's a thick cheesy dip that's perfect with tortillas chips.

Ingredients

bacon grease

ground beef

diced onion

refried beans

taco seasoning

taco sauce

teaspoon
garlic powder

pound
American cheese,
cubed
1
green onion,
sliced
Instructions
Heat bacon grease over medium-high heat in a nonstick skillet. Add onion and cook for 2 minutes.
Add ground beef and cook until beef is browned, crumbling it as it cooks.
Remove from heat and stir in beans, taco seasoning, taco sauce, and garlic powder.
Transfer to a greased 4-quart slow cooker. Stir in American cheese.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 1 hour, stirring halfway through or on LOW for 2 to 3 hours.
Sprinkle green onions on top and serve.
Notes
If you don't have bacon grease, you can leave it out.
