Russian dressing

Dijon mustard

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
Coat pork in flour and sear in oil until browned on all sides.
In a bowl, mix together dressing, mustard, and onion soup mix. Pour over pork.
Cover Dutch oven and place in oven. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
