refrigerated biscuits
Vanilla ice cream for serving
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, whisk together corn syrup, sugar, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
Stir in pecans.
Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. Stir biscuit pieces into pecan mixture.
Transfer to prepared baking pan. Make usre biscuit pieces are evenly distributed.
Bake for 25 to 28 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
