1/2cupminced onion
1/2cuppeanut oil
1/3cuprice vinegar
2tablespoonswater
2tablespoonsmincedfresh ginger
2tablespoonsminced celery
2tablespoonsketchup
4teaspoonssoy sauce
2 1/2teaspoonsgranulated sugar
2teaspoonslemon juice
1/2teaspoonminced garlic
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth, about 45 seconds.
