Grape Salad is a creamy dessert salad that is perfect for potlucks. Sprinkled with brown sugar and chopped pecans. The crispness of the grapes, the tanginess of the sour cream mixture and the sweetness and crunch of the brown sugar topping make this retro salad a fan favorite!
Combine cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Use and electric hand mixer to beat until creamy and smooth.
Add grapes and toffee bits and gently fold them into the cream cheese mixture.
Sprinkle brown sugar and pecans on top. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
Be sure to dry the grapes well after washing. This helps prevent the salad from getting watery.Best if chilled for at least an hour before serving.Will start to get watery after 24 hours.Crushed Butterfinger candy bars can be substituted for the toffee bits.
