devil's food chocolate cake mix

sweetened condensed milk

semi-sweet chocolate chips,
melted
Frosting

salted butter
softened

powdered sugar

cup
dark unsweetened cocoa powder

teaspoons
vanilla extract

heavy cream
1/2
cup
mini chocolate chips
Instructions
Make cake according to package directions in a 9x13-inch pan.
Let cake cool and then poke holes all over it with the end of a wooden spoon or a large serving fork.
In a medium bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk and melted chocolate chips. Slowly pour over the cake.
Sift the powdered sugar and cocoa powder together.
Place the butter in a large bowl and use an electric mixer to beat it until fluffy.
Add half the powdered sugar mixture and the vanilla. Beat until combined.
Add remaining powdered sugar mixture and heavy cream and beat until fluffy. Spread on cake.
Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top.
