sliced

sweet onion,
sliced

(13-ounce) bag
frozen peas,
thawed

chicken broth

black pepper
Instructions
Melt butter over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Add mushrooms and onion and cook until the mushrooms are golden.
Add remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer.
Turn heat down. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Uncover, turn heat up and cook 2 more minutes.
