Berry Mojitos
Fresh blueberries and raspberries plus a little blueberry pie filling give these mojitos a delightful flavor and beautiful color.

Ingredients

fresh raspberries

cup
fresh blueberries

fresh lime juice

blueberry pie filling
1/4
cup
roughly chopped mint leaves
1
cup
light rum
ice
1/2
cup
club soda
mint and berries for garnish
Instructions
Place raspberries, blueberries, lime juice, mint in a pitcher. Use a wooden spoon to muddle the berries and mint. Add rum and stir.
Fill 4 glasses with ice and pour rum mixture into glasses, leaving a little room.
Add a few splashes of club soda to each glass.
Garnish with mint and berries.
