Instructions
Stir together mayonnaise, vinegar, and sugar in a large bowl.
Add broccoli, red onion, and blue cheese crumbles. Toss to mix.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Add bacon and sunflower seeds. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve.
Notes
This salad will keep for 2 to 3 days in the refrigerator but it gets watery over time and the broccoli looses its crispness.
