Hot Dog Chili is the perfect topping for your grilled hot dogs at your next cookout. Also goes great on burgers!

Ingredients
1 1/2poundsground beef
1/3cupfinely chopped onion
1 1/2tablespoonschili powder
1teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
1/2tablespoonpacked brown sugar
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
1/2teaspoononion powder
1/2teaspoonblack pepper
1/4teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoondried oregano
1/2cupketchup
1 1/2tablespoontomato paste
1/2cupbeef broth
Instructions
Place a lightly greased Dutch oven over medium heat. Add ground beef and cover with about 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil, breaking it up with a wooden spoon. Boil for about 20 minutes. Drain off any grease/ water.
Place back over medium heat and add onion, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt and oregano.
Cook for 2 minutes. Add ketchup, tomato paste and beef broth. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add some water if it gets too thick.
Notes
This chili has some sweetness to it. Cut the sugar in half for less sweetness.
