Servings 16 mushroooms
- 2 cups leftover green bean casserole
- 1/4 cup French fried onions
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 16 large white mushrooms, stems removed
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
Combine green bean casserole, onions, and cheddar cheese in a medium bowl.
Spoon mixture into mushroom caps. If desired sprinkle a few more onions on top.
Bake for 20 to 22 minutes.
