White Chocolate Haystacks are crunchy, salty and sweet. Chow mein noodles and a few chopped peanuts are coated in white chocolate and decorated with festive sprinkles.

Ingredients
1(16-ounce) packagewhite chocolate bark
1cupchopped salted peanuts
3-4cupschow mein noodles
red and green sprinkles
Instructions
Melt the white chocolate bark in a microwave-safe bowl according to package directions.
Stir in peanuts and chow mein noodles. You don't have to be real precise about the amount of chow mein noodles. Keep stirring them in until the chow mein to white chocolate ratio looks good to you.
Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper or parchment paper. Sprinkle with sprinkles. Let sit until set.
Notes
The peanuts can be omitted or substituted with pecans or almonds.Two cups of white chocolate chips can be used instead of white chocolate bark.
