Tex-Mex Pimento Cheese
Traditional Pimento Cheese gets a Tex Mex twist with the addition of jalapenos, pepper jack cheese, and chili powder. I love the spicy kick that this recipe has. Serve it with tortilla chips or make a sandwich with it.

Notes
I like to use sharp cheddar cheese for more flavor.
Use a good quality mayonnaise like Duke's or Hellmann's.
