25Oreo cookies
1/3cupsalted dry-roasted peanuts
4tablespoonsmelted salted butter
2 1/2pintschocolate ice cream,softened
10(1.5-ounce) packagespeanut butter cups,chopped
1/3cupfudge sauce
chopped peanut butter cups and chopped peanuts for garnish,optional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Process oreo cookies and peanuts in a food processor until finely ground.Add melted butter and pulse until combined.
Press mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a lightly greased 9-inch deep-dish pie plate.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Cool completely.
In a large bowl, stir together softened ice cream and chopped peanut butter cups.Transfer mixture to oreo crust.
Freeze 8 hours or overnight.
To serve, drizzle with fudge sauce and sprinkle with chopped peanuts and chopped peanut butter cups.
