Sour Cream New Potatoes

Ingredients

baby new potatoes
1/4
cup
salted butter
1
garlic clove,
minced
1/3
cup
sour cream
salt and pepper
1
tablespoon
chopped fresh dill
1
tablespoon
chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
Cook potatoes until tender in salted water. Drain and set aside.
In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook 30 seconds.
Remove from heat and stir in the sour cream.
Add potatoes and salt and pepper to taste. Mix together, crushing the potatoes slightly.
Stir in the dill and parsley and serve.
