Ingredients
1(8-count) can refrigerated Crescent rolls
1 1/2cupsdiced ham
1/2cupdiced red bell pepper
1cupshredded cheddar cheese
1/2cupshredded swiss cheese
7largeeggs
1/2cupmilk
1/4teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoonpepper
2green onions,sliced
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.Unroll the crescent roll dough and place it in the bottom of the baking dish so that it covers the bottom.
Sprinkle ham and bell pepper evenly over the crescent dough.
Sprinkle both cheeses over the ham.
In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.Pour over casserole.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until set all the way through.
