Ingredients
24frozen miniature phyllo pastry shells
1largeegg
3/4cuppacked light brown sugar
1tablespoon butter,melted
1/3cupbourbon
1/2cupmini chocolate chips
1cupfinely chopped pecans, toasted
Instructions
Arrange pastry shells on a lightly greased baking sheet and preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, whisk together egg, brown sugar, butter, and bourbon.
Stir in chocolate chips and pecans,
Spoon pecan mixture into phyllo shells. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Tartlets will keep in an airtight container at room temperature for 4 days.
