These Peach Jalapeno Margaritas are made for summer. They are both sweet and spicy and make a refreshing cocktail for warm weather.

Ingredients
Jalapeno Simple Syrup
1/2cupsugar
1/2cupwater
1jalapeno,sliced
Magaritas
2mediumpeaches,peeled and chopped
1/2cupjalapeno simple syrup
1/4cupfresh lime juice
1ounceTriple Sec
2-3ouncesSilver Tequila,depending on how strong you want them
2handfulsice
Instructions
Combine sugar, water and jalapeno in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer and stir to dissolve sugar. Press on jalapeno slices with a fork to help extract their flavor. Remove from heat and let cool, then strain out the jalapeno slices.
To make the margaritas combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses.
Notes
You will have extra simple syrup. It can be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
