Ingredients

zucchini,
ends trimmed and cut into half-moon shapes
1
red bell pepper,
cut into bite-sized pieces
1
red onion,
coarsely chopped

Wish-Bone® Italian Salad Dressing

cherry tomatoes
1 1/4
cups
uncooked orzo
1/4
cup
Wish-Bone® Italian Salad Dressing
1/2
package Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Chicken
1/4

feta cheese

tablespoon
chopped fresh dill
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Place zucchini, red bell pepper, and red onion on a baking sheet. Drizzle with 1/4 cup Wish-Bone® Italian Salad Dressing. Toss to coat well.
Roast in oven for 15 minutes. Remove from oven, add tomatoes to baking sheet, give everything a quick stir and return to oven for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook orzo according to package directions. Drain and transfer to a large bowl. Toss orzo with 1/4 cup Wish-Bone® Italian Salad Dressing.
In a lightly greased nonstick skillet, cook chicken until heated through.
Combine roasted vegetables and chicken with orzo.
Sprinkle feta cheese and dill on top.
