Ingredients

melted butter

light corn syrup

packed light brown sugar

teaspoon
vanilla extract

unbaked
deep-dish 9-inch pie shell

cup
chopped pecans
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place eggs in a large bowl. Lightly beat with a whisk.
Add salt, butter, corn syrup, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk well.
Pour filling into pie shell. Sprinkle pecans on top of filling.
Place and a rimmed baking sheet and bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
Let cool completely before slicing. If you want to serve it warm, individually warm slices in microwave.
Notes
I use one and a half cups of chopped pecans.
