Boursin Bacon Crackers

Boursin cheese

light brown sugar

teaspoon
cayenne pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 250 degrees and set a wire rack inside a rimmed baking sheet that has been lined with aluminum foil.
Spread a thin layer of boursin cheese on each cracker.
Cut each piece of bacon into 4 pieces and place a piece on each cracker.
In a small bowl, stir together the brown sugar and cayenne pepper. Sprinkle on top of each piece of bacon.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
