Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9x13-inch or slightly smaller baking dish with cooking spray.
Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Stretch each piece out a little and then place a mound of about ¼ cup of blueberries on each one.Stretch the dough up and over the bluberries and pinch to seal. Place in prepared baking dish seam side down.If any blueberries fall out, just add them to the baking dish.
In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter, vanilla extract, brown sugar, granuted sugar, and flour. Pour over dumplings.
Sprinkle dumplings with cinnamon and then pour Sprite into baking dish. (Note: just pour it between the dumplings so you don't wash off the cinnamon.)
