Instructions
Place chicken in a 6-quart slow cooker.
Sprinkle pepper, garlic powder, thyme, red pepper flakes (if using), and bacon over chicken.
In a small bowl, whisk together chicken gravy mix and water. Pour into slow cooker.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours.
Add heavy cream. Cover and cook another 10 minutes to warm.
