Place cream cheese and sour cream in a large bowl. Use electric mixer to beat until smooth. Or you can use a wooden spoon.
Stir in cheddar cheese, ham, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and half the green onion.
Carve an oval piece out from the top of the bread and remove enough of the bread from the interior to make room for the dip. Note: You can save the bread for dipping.
Spoon dip into bread. Wrap bread in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
Remove aluminum foil, sprinkle with green onion and serve with crackers and bread pieces.
