Pineapple-Cinnamon Margarita

Pineapple-Cinnamon Margaritas are a little sweeter than a regular margarita and have a wonderful tropical flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pineapple juice
  • 1 cup tequila
  • 1 cup Triple Sec
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 4 tablespoons superfine sugar, divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Combine pineapple juice, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and 2 tablespoons superfine sugar in a pitcher.
  2. On a small plate, combine 2 tablespoons superfine sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Rub rims of 4 glasses with lime. Dip rims in cinnamon-sugar mixture. Fill with ice.
