  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 package Ranch seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 (1/2-inch thick) pork chops
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil


  • Place flour in a shallow dish.
    In a shallow bowl, whisk together egg, mayonnaise, and milk.
    Combine bread crumbs, Ranch seasoning and pepper in another shallow dish.
  • Coat pork chops in flour, dip in egg mixture and then press bread crumbs onto both sides.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet. Add pork and cook for about 5 minutes per side or until cooked through.


You can use boneless or bone-in pork chops for this recipe.
