Ingredients
2
(10.5-ounce) cans
condensed cream of chicken soup
1
(14-ounce) can
chicken broth
1
cup
chopped onion
1/3
cup
finely chopped celery
1/2
teaspoon
poultry seasoning
1/2
teaspoon
garlic powder
1/2
teaspoon
black pepper
3
boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1
(8-count)
can refrigerated biscuits (homestyle, buttermilk, or southern)
Instructions
Combine the first 7 ingredients in a
6-quart slow cooker
.
Add chicken. Coat in sauce. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours.
Flatten each biscuit and cut each into 8 pieces.
Scatter biscuit pieces on top of chicken mixture. Cover and cook on HIGH for 60 minutes.
Remove chicken from slow cooker. Shred with 2 forks. Return to slow cooker and continue to cook on HIGH for 10 minutes. Serve.
