Place cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir cream cheese, add buttermilk and microwave 1 more minute. Stir. Microwave 30 more seconds if necessary. Whisk until smooth.
Whisk in hot sauce, honey, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder.
Sprinkle chopped chicken on top.
In a small bowl, stir together hot sauce, honey, and cayenne. Drizzle over chicken.
Garnish with green onions and pickle slices and serve with tortilla chips.
