Ingredients

butter

garlic clove,
minced

(28-ounce) can
Tuttorosso Peeled Plum Tomatoes

teaspoon
sugar
1/2
teaspoon
red pepper flakes
salt and pepper
Instructions
Melt butter in a medium saucepan. Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
Use scissors or a knife to chop the tomatoes while they are in the can. Add to saucepan.
Add sugar, red pepper flakes, and salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer 15 minutes.
